President
President:
The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of MTAHQ. The President must be a member of the state association (TAHQ). (S)He shall preside at all meetings. (S)He shall prepare an agenda for the meetings. (S)He shall have the authority to appoint ad hoc committees. The President shall be an ex-officio (non-voting) member of all standing committees except the Nominating Committee. The President shall have charge of funds and securities of the Association; approve checks, notes or other orders for the payment of bills and other disbursements of funds as authorized by it's members in accordance with adopted budget.
Vice-President
Vice-President: The Vice-President must be a member of the state association (TAHQ). The Vice-President shall plan all programs for regularly scheduled meetings. (S)He shall become the Acting President in the event of the President's absence, resignation, or disability. The Vice-President shall also chair the Nominating Committee.

Treasurer, Secretary and Immediate Past-President
1. Secretary - The Secretary shall attend meetings and prepare minutes, mailing them to members in a timely fashion.
2. Treasurer - The Treasurer shall collect dues, maintain financial records, and prepare financial reports for the President and membership. (S)He maintains a current active membership list, providing it to the membership at least annually.
3. Immediate Past-President - The immediate Past-President shall serve as a resource person to assist in the transition of the new President.
1. Officers are elected for a one-year (1) term and may serve for a total of two (2) consecutive terms in the same office.
2. The term of office shall run from January 1 to December 3
